Mandy Lathan

Mandy leads various international yoga retreats and workshops throughout the year to inspire others to "live the practice." A dance teacher since 1998 and a yoga teacher since 2008, Mandy received her ERYT-200hr certification with CorePower Yoga while living in Chicago. It was through her background as a professional dancer that Mandy was introduced to yoga. Currently, she is pursuing her RYT-500hr certification with internationally celebrated yoga teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank.  Mandy recently traveled to India for a month of training and exploration, returning to Oklahoma City with more knowledge and spirit than before.  She was featured in Benchmark Publishing Group's book, "Is Yoga For Everyone?"  Mandy is known for her playful teaching style that includes a strong focus of anatomical guidance. When off her mat, Mandy loves to dance, read, travel and hug.

Justine Boaz

Practicing yoga since 2002, Justine has found strength and flexibility both on and off of her mat.  In 2010, Justine began her practice with Cadence Yoga, where she was inspired to become a certified yoga instructor.  Thus, in 2011, Justine achieved certification through CorePower Yoga in hopes to share with others the benefits she has found through her practice.  Justine's classes are invigorating with a focus on strength and alignment.  Justine enjoys reading, travelling, wearing fluffy slippers, and spending any time off of her mat in the kitchen.

Tracy Dawn Espinosa Checotah

Tracy Dawn has been teaching yoga for 6 years and teaches a very basic style of hatha yoga. She believes that yoga should be taught in a way that everyone understands they can do some form of yoga from birth and well into the elder years of life. Her classes are invigorating for all levels. In 2008, Tracy Dawn began Mamaste Prenatal Yoga teacher training to expand her education. After the birth of her son, Tracy has become even more passionate about teaching yoga, especially to expecting and new moms.

JENNIFER MARCUM

Jennifer first turned to yoga 12 years ago to work out the kinks caused by the rigorous schedule of 8 shows a week as a dancer and singer in the Broadway show, "Beauty and the Beast." Yoga not only strengthened her body, but brought a sense of balance and calm to her life as a working actor in NYC. Receiving her certification through CorePower Yoga, Jennifer loves sharing the benefits of yoga. Off the mat, Jennifer sings, writes a blog, attempts to cook and laughs a lot with her husband and daughter.

Trinity Mays

Trinity is a fun seeking person with a love of being social and seeing the joy in life. She began practicing yoga in 2004 and soon realized that it was too awesome to not share. Going after the adventure, she went to the Shoshoni Yoga Retreat Center and Ashram to live in a tent, study yoga and become certified as a Shambava yoga teacher in 2005. Trinity has a care for attention in poses, love of community, and enjoying the little things in life.

Alexis Persico

Yoga first found Alexis in her college days. Later, in 2009, Alexis began her RYT-200hr certification journey with the Yoga Spirit Academy. Both practicing and teaching yoga have become the expression of her lifestyle and personality. Recently, Alexis has moved back to Oklahoma City from North Carolina. In her spare time, Alexis loves listening to live music, traveling to see family/friends and cooking. Alexis' hope is to share joyful energy and promote the self-awareness that yoga has gifted to her!
